01. Creating a brand universe for an innovative snack company

The goal was to establish Aert as a main manufacturer in the healthy snacks market. Aert has a clear advantage over competitors due to the product’s nutritional values, and the sustainable technology they use to produce their products.

In addition to this, the intention was to establish that their product is a snack but also healthy, sustainable and safe to consume. It was especially important to state that the product is low in fat and high in protein.

Lastly, to establish the credibility the company needs in order to build a completely new brand identity from scratch.

Solution

To create a brand with room to grow, the most important part was to create an overall brand name which makes it easy to add additional products to the portfolio in the future. The brand identity is based on insights from the qualitative research, and resultet in the brand why: Everyday deserves something great.
